15 Month Well Baby Visit

Hayden had her 15 month well baby visit yesterday. She is 50% in height and 20% in weight. She is healthy and wonderful. She was a little more spirited at the doctors office than her sister was at her age. Hazel was always observing and hardly ever cried (unless it was shot time). Hayden let everyone know she didn't want the doctor to examine her. The doctor said, "My don't you have a lot of passion." He said she's not going to let anyone hold her back. :) I love that my girls are both different and have their own unique personalities.

Melt My Heart

Even though Hayden's face was being smashed, she held tight to her sister's hug. :)
Hayden has been very affectionate lately, always wanting to give hugs and kisses. We're so glad she learned to close her mouth. :)

That look in her eye says, "Pucker up Daddy, you're getting the next one!"

Marsh's Egg Hunt

This is the 4th year we have enjoyed our friend Sharla's Egg Hunt Party. It's quite the event for kids and an even bigger event for the adults. David (who usually wins) was working and I sat out to protect the babies, so we did not participate in the adult hunt. But watch out, next year the Wilsons will be back. ;)

What a smart little girl. :)
Hazel was in full hunt mode this year. She hunts eggs like her Daddy, fast and furious.

I love that dirty face.

Sprinkler Afternoon

Hayden didn't like the sprinkler much. She would walk slowly to it then when she got wet she would turn and run back to me.

Mud hugs are the best. :)

"New to Us Car"

We've been very blessed to be able to buy a car from David's Dad that is big enough to fit the 3 carseats that will be needed at the end of July. I really like the car but it has one flaw......a DVD player. :) Call me crazy, but I've never been a fan. Whatever happened to driving down the road, talking, singing, playing the I spy game?

I told David. "Lets not even tell the girls about the DVD player then when we go on a road trip (a very expensive road trip because of gas prices) it will be a neat treat." Well, about 1 hour after we got the car, I went into the store quickly and when I came out, I took this picture.

Munchkins United (Green Team)

The kids on Hazel's teams are 3, but some of the kids on the other team did NOT look 3 to me. My mom said she wanted to see their birth certificates. And the competition begins.......:)

Haydes is so ready to be out there! Too bad they don't have a 12-18 month team. ;)
