Not Even 2

Hayden's most common phrase, "Self, Mama, self". She not even two and so independent already, makes me sad.

The 25th

On the 25th we spent the day with my parents, brother and my sweet grandmother who drove from Texas to spend Christmas with us. My mom cooked all morning and we enjoyed a delicious lunch followed by lots of playing and then later that night the season opening OKC Thunder game.
Hazel loved cooking with my mom.
Ivy was so excited to see my brother. He loves the girls so much.

Hayden loves a good tutu. :) She's usually dressed up for at least half of the day, everyday.

Merry Christmas

When your daddy has a pilots schedule, Christmas comes early. We celebrated Christmas today and enjoyed a family day together matching pjs and all. (thank you Mimi) :)

Rolling over

Ivy started rolling over about 2 weeks ago, but now her rolling has turned into a form of transportation. I'll try and post a video soon.

Santa

We went with the Wisers to see Santa. Hazel was a bit shy, Hayden was less than thrilled and Ivy wasn't phased. I've already apologized to Hayden. :)

Family Flight

David and I took the girls up for a little flight. It was Ivy's first flight but Hazel and Hayden are old pros. At the end of our flight Hazel said, "I don't want to land. I want to go to Hawaii." Poor thing got a big surprise when we landed and were right back in OKC.

Table One

We were invited to a lovely 7 course dinner cooked by a private chef. I loved my grown up, fancy night and my sweet friends.

I love 4 Months

4 months has been one of my favorite ages with all my girls. At this age they still sleep a lot, but not to much that you can't do anything and they can sleep through the night. When you set them down they're there when you get back (unless an older sister has intervened). They are happy and smiley and easy to console if they're not. And they're still easy to feed.....coming soon, solid food. :/

4 Months Old

Sweet baby Ivy is 4 months old. The transition to three kiddos has been busier but smooth. Ivy is a great sleeper normally sleeping from 10 pm to 5:30 am and can nap through the noise of the girls playing during the day. She is loved so much by the girls. They are always wanting to hold and kiss her. Hazel likes to cover her with blankets and Hayden is always bringing her toys. I even found a play food eggplant one day in Ivy's bassinet. :)
She has one little dimple on the right side. It's so sweet and I hope it stays. :)
I think she is such a mixture of Hazel and Hayden. She fits in just perfectly. :)
David and I could sit an look at her little face for hours.
Em and Sam helped with these amazing pictures. Sam is such a great little buddy. My girls love him and he was so sweet with Ivy.

Christmas is Here

We bought and decorated our tree today and it only took 2 minutes before Hayden broke the first ornament. :)
